Milliard legal MSP: start now
You asked for documents in hand to open the entity. This is what gets built once it is open, why this month is the right one, and what we need from you to begin.
Three things make this month the right one
Everything waits on incorporation
Our first paying AgentOS customer needs an MSA. Bank accounts, hires and the platform licence all sit behind the entity.
The gap is people, not technology
Keep the CTO search going. A delivery lead and one or two diligent mid-level hires can start in weeks.
Intelligence is turning into a commodity
The big labs are moving up into verticals. Models will be equal for every firm. What the system knows about each client will not.
What we build first
Two workflows from our demo proposal, on live matters in one practice. Your lawyers first, then a second set you recruit.
Agreement drafting
Draft or update an agreement for the client from prior knowledge and best practices.
Matter briefing
Gather how a matter is handled and exactly where things lie, from all communications.
Our own lesson. A workflow only compounds if it runs on every matter: daily use, a named owner per practice, a weekly feedback loop. Decide next: the pilot practice by Oct 26, and the MSP's form (we default to a Delaware C-corporation).
Practice and capital
The MSP
Platform and build
One sovereign vault per client, matters as scopes. Ethical walls built in, consent recorded for every agent.
Platform card per client vault: USD 1,000 (Team 5) to 3,500 (Team 25) a month. The MSP sets its resale price and keeps the margin. Exclusivity is earned by volume, starting with ten paid vaults by Mar 31, 2027.
Each week of delay moves the first paid vault back a week
A yes to scope the MSP prototype together
Handled up front. Milliard advises manykind, so this follows a lawyer and client business-transaction protocol: fair terms, written disclosure, advice to seek independent counsel, informed written consent. manykind has separate counsel. Your Zettabyte role is disclosed and GPU capacity is priced at arm's length. Working document based on the Sep 27 term sheet. Every term is an opening position, not an offer, a contract or legal advice.
